Imperla Hotel - Isla Mujeres

Honestly, i woudl have given a good review, but the desk chair was way too low! I can't believe the price for such a tiny lobby. Absolutely no pool, and no one even bothered to offer me a welcome drink. Evidently, i'm not as special as i thought i was here.

Well-equipped room with a safe box, TV and a mini-fridge-bar, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly good bathroom with a bath.

We both liked it, the place is perfect and absolutely great and suited fine.

No pool on-site really stands out as a downside. Lobby is impressively tiny, made check-in a bit cramped. The noise from the bathroom fan being on a motion sensor shut off too quickly, causing annoyance when you're trying to wind down. The pricing feels a tad high given the absence of daily room cleaning and coffee/tea as standard amenities.

Location: the hotel was just off beaches and the port, beach shops and restaurants within minutes' walk and ferry terminal. Staff were helpful and very amiable. The room was modern and huge, offered a safe box, TV and a mini-fridge-bar...

Great and amazing hotel in the centre of Isla Mujeres. New-fashioned, huge room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. Paid gbp 1355. Marvellous and stunning location to the most beautiful beach, easy to get anywhere. Based right by the port and the playa Norte, the center and all the shops are. Honestly no complains at all.

Clean and comfortable room with a peaceful balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Friendly staff provided helpful recommendations, enhancing our stay in the lively heart of Isla Mujeres.

The hotel is just a short walk from the most beautiful beach, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers.

One area for improvement is the lack of amenities. It would be nice to have breakfast options available.

The room was meticulously clean and had a lovely balcony for enjoying the view! Staff was very responsive to special requests and recommended the best local spots for food and fun 🍽️

Charming hotel, cozy room, excellent Wi-Fi made our stay enjoyable, especially with the convenient 24-hour reception that allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily.

Stayed at imperla for 3 nights in a queen room with a balcony. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The super nice team. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily, keeping our stay comfortable.

Just spent 5 nights in a cozy Queen Room with a balcony! Super clean and the staff were super nice, helping out with every question I had. It's just a short walk to Playa Norte! Only bummer was the coffee options could be better. But overall, great vibe and location!

Just a solid selection for a city escape in Isla Mujeres with very nice value for money. The clean room had a lovely balcony to relax with a morning coffee. A decent spot to explore local beaches and eateries.

Great AC and fast Wi-Fi. No pets allowed was good but minor noise at night.

Just stayed for 5 nights in a King Room with Balcony. The room was really comfy and clean, and the AC worked like a charm. I loved having a balcony to chill and watch the street vibe below. Only downside was some noise from the busy street at night, but earplugs did the trick. The mini fridge kept our drinks cold, and the staff was super helpful.
